Kurzfassung englisch:
One of the current problems of building planers and energy consultants is that the currently applied standards for the calculation of the energy performance of residential houses is inappropriate to estimate the individual user´s future energy consumption. This paper presents an investigation of 35 houses and their inhabitants. To get information about the energy consumption related user behaviour, questionnaires for these parameters were designed. The data obtained by the investigation was taken as input for a new prediction model. The validation of the model was done by comparison of the measured and the calculated energy consumption.
