Kurzfassung englisch:
The paper presents an innovative façade system for increasing the thermal comfort inside an office room and enhancing the
cooling capacity of a suspended cooling ceiling. A series of measurements have been done in an existing office building with
different façade systems (combination of glazing and shading). Through this intensive set of measurements an innovative
façade system has been developed. The new system enhances the thermal comfort and the cooling capacity of a suspended cooling ceiling. The main usage of the new system is the refurbishment and improvement of existing façade systems.
